Our Story

Autumn’s Garden AFH is the newest chapter in our family’s caregiving story. After successfully operating two licensed homes in Kent, we opened this third residence to continue offering the same trusted standard of care our family has upheld since 2007.

For over 18 years, we’ve maintained a record of zero citations across all our homes (Green Valley AFH #1 and Green Valley AFH #2) - reflecting our commitment to safety, integrity, and compassionate service. Each home is built around genuine connection, cultural respect, and a peaceful environment where residents feel truly at home.

Admissions are first come, first served.

Our Philosophy

Our work is rooted in the belief that true care honors the whole person - body, mind, and spirit. We see caregiving as a partnership built on respect, empathy, and trust. Each resident brings a lifetime of experience, and we tailor support to their individual needs, routines, and cultural background.

Our role is not only to provide assistance but to create a peaceful, connected home where every person feels seen, safe, and valued.

One has black hair and is wearing a gray ribbed turtleneck, and the other has short reddish hair, glasses, and is wearing a bright green and black floral shirt.
